PHC owns and manages close to 1200 units of senior, single, and family housing, providing homes to over 4000 residents. PHC serves as a rental landlord for low and moderate income households and as an affordable housing developer. PHC’s housing portfolio includes high-rise apartment buildings, detached homes, walk-up apartments, townhomes, quad-plexes, and semidetached homes. PHC has been active in developing new affordable housing to better meet local needs, and assisting local housing providers in developing units of their own.
